SO, time frame. You get to choose!

3️⃣0️⃣ days- just need a quick reset on personal goals for yourself? Maybe you wanna cut sugar, make it to the gym 6 days a week, keep a daily success journal, get 5 servings of veggies a day, track your macros, etc for some end result. You set the goal and you get laser focus and daily accountability! Smaller weekend prizes to be awarded here!

6️⃣0️⃣ days- a lot can be accomplished in 60 days! We’ve seen some amazing progress with many from our FitFam in our Choose Your Transformation Challenges. Maybe you want to learn to do pull ups, see muscle gain from focused effort, lose that final 3% body fat to reveal those abs, see what changes a 60 day done-for-you meal plan can make, etc. You choose the goal!
