At Ascent Life Fitness, we believe that fitness is a lifestyle. We use a fitness protocol known as High-Intensity Interval Resistance Training (HIRT) that raises metabolic activity and gets real results in short sessions.
Real fitness is about being lean, strong, and healthy. We offer a fun, 45-minute, small group training sessions with coaches that both correct form and workout with their classes. We focus on functional movement at intense intervals for maximum lean muscle building workouts that boost metabolism, increase mobility and heal the body. Of course we break them down a bit too but only to make them stronger and more capable. Anyone at any fitness level can come in and do these workouts and have a great, motivating experience.
