Also, for your information: Here’s a heads up on what’s coming up next on the Ascent Calendar!

-We invite you to our Volleyball night with Nutrishop at Demeyer Park in Boise! 7 pm start time this Thursday the 30th. Bring your friends and fam! Anyone is welcome to join up. It’s gonna be awesome!

-We wrapped up our Choose Your Transformation Challenge this last weekend and we’re working hard to compile everyone’s amazing accomplishments. We’ll celebrate them right before our family movie night on June 13th at orchard! Come enjoy a great movie, snacks and get inspired by our hard working people. You’re invited!

-The Summer Blast Challenge is underway! You can still join up if you want to have a shot at some amazing outdoor prizes. You also get a free shirt with your sign up. Everyone is loving the GIANT sticker chart to track their workouts at each location! We’ll have a HUGE summer get-together for all our members to announce our winners in mid-July. A kickball tournament is totally happening too!
