Be so good they can’t ignore you. -Jerry Dunn
FitMania was voted BEST PLACE TO WORK OUT in Best of Boise in 2017 (the contest wasn’t held in 2018). We were up against all the big gyms including the YMCA. So how does a specialized facility like FitMania compete with those big guys? We win because we are better. Really! Here’s why:
When you come into FitMania you will immediately feel a part of something. This is by design. Our goal is to know each person who walks through our doors. It is our mission to “inspire each person to reach their potential“. Our culture is “a culture of caring”. People need a safe environment to work on their lives and we do our best to provide clients a safe and supportive environment.
This is a total body strengthening and conditioning workout using HIRT (High Intensity Interval Resistance Training – also know as HIIRT). With the HIRT protocol you work muscles head to toe using intense intervals. That means you get the metabolic benefit of HIIT training plus more muscle than you can gain in traditional weight lifting. Your metabolism will be cranked up for up to two days after a workout and then gets another boost from building muscles, some of which you didn’t even know you had!
Food is not the problem. It’s the solution! We teach our clients how to lose weight and eat. No gadgets. No shakes. No diets. No pills. Just real food, real often. We have to learn to eat the food our bodies were designed to eat. You want a banana? Nuts? Steak? If it grows from the ground or has a parent, no problem. It sounds simple but can be harder to implement. That’s why 30 minute consults are free to anyone and clients can schedule them as often as needed. We also have a food coaching program available.
When people start getting their health and fitness under control they often start looking for new ways to to develop in their lives. FitMania has mentors and programs on finances, relationships, goal setting and other personal development topics. Many of these services are free.
Come in for a free week and see and feel the difference.
